CryptoLive (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) provides cryptocurrency market information for informational purposes. We designed the App to minimize data collection and keep your information private. The App does not provide financial advice. No account or sign‑in is required.
The developer does not collect data from this app.
Advertising and analytics
The CryptoLive app uses Google AdMob to display banner ads in the iOS app. Our website cryptolive.blog may also show banner ads via Google AdSense. These services may collect device identifiers, approximate location and app or site usage information to display, personalise and measure ads.
We do not sell personal data and we do not create our own advertising profiles. On Apple platforms we use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and, where required, a consent dialog to give you control over personalised advertising options. You can change these choices at any time in iOS Settings.
1) Scope
This policy applies to the CryptoLive iOS/iPadOS app and our website at cryptolive.blog (including its support pages) and our GitHub Pages.
2) Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, identifiers, or precise location.
- We do not request or store wallet private keys, seed phrases, or exchange login credentials.
- We do not build advertising profiles or sell personal data.
- Local-only storage: Your watchlist, price alerts, notes, and settings are stored on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
3) Features & Data Handling (Current Version)
- Notifications (APNs + Local): Price alerts via Apple Push Notification service (APNs). Apple generates a device token, used only to deliver notifications. We do not use it to identify you. Some alerts are scheduled/delivered locally. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings > Notifications > CryptoLive.
- No subscriptions or in‑app purchases: There are no paid features.
- No advertising or tracking: No third‑party ads or tracking.
- Diagnostics: We do not collect analytics. If you opt in for diagnostics, Apple shares aggregate crash/usage data per their policies.
4) Third‑Party Services & Data Sources
To display prices and charts, the App uses:
- CoinGecko API — public market data from your device. See CoinGecko Privacy Policy.
- TradingView Chart Widget (via WebView) — charts loaded from TradingView’s script inside an app webview. Device makes direct requests. See TradingView Privacy Policy.
5) Data Retention
No user accounts or server profiles. Preferences/alerts stored on device and removed when you delete/reset the App.
6) Your Choices
- Manage notifications in iOS Settings > Notifications > CryptoLive.
- Delete the App to remove all locally stored data.
7) Children’s Privacy
CryptoLive is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
8) Security
We minimize data processing and use HTTPS for network requests. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep the App current and protected.
9) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the “Last updated” date above.
